I created this motion graphics piece to be live projected behind the band, Family Force Five, for their song, Die for You. It will be a part of the Family Force Five - Dance or Die World Tour. I wanted to create visual music along the lines of Oscar Fischinger, Norman McClaren, and Len Lye but also include an injection of the band's particular flavor and style. I experimented with various expressions in After Effects utilizing generative art as well as more traditional animation. These are graphic stills taken from the piece.
